MANAGING PARTNER:
Ross J.R. McIver is an Austin based Investor/Developer with over 75 successful projects spanning a 30+ year career. Ross earned a BBA with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984. He has an extensive background in commercial real estate having started his career on the lending side as a commercial mortgage banker with one of the country’s largest Savings & Loans. Ross has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, including finance, development, management, leasing, syndication, acquisitions and dispositions. He has developed and owned office, medical office and retail properties including single tenant properties in multiple markets across the country. He has been a licensed Texas real estate broker since 1982. Ross has lived in the Austin area since 1989 and been a partner with Commerce Companies, a local commercial real estate firm, since 1994.

Tim Harrington has structured over 500 commercial office and industrial real estate lease and sales transactions in 30 years in Austin, Texas. Tim has consummated over 12 million square feet of commercial real estate, with total consideration in excess of $200 million dollars. As the principal broker of Corporate Realty – Austin, Tim delivers tremendous value by saving his clients time and money in their office and industrial space requirements. Tim has received numerous professional accolades including being named as both a Power Broker by the Austin Business Journal and receiving the Co-Star Heavy Hitter Award for multiple years. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. He is active in several local professional and charitable organizations including the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society, Big Brothers - Big Sisters, Junior Achievements, Rotary International and Young Life.

Jeffrey Marland is a principal with 30 years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets having sourced, structured and managed debt and equity investments for financial institutions, individual and family investors in Southwest and Midwest markets. He is involved with the acquisition of real estate assets for closely held private partnerships as managing member, including handling Asset Management and Investor Relations functions. Jeff has originated, negotiated, structured, processed and closed over $750,000,000 in commercial real estate loans with over 25 lending institutions. He has a Business and Accounting degree from Kansas University and is a licensed real estate broker.
